Return Policy Terms

You may return all company stocked items within 7 days of delivery receipt for a refund of the full purchase price excluding any actual shipping costs or handling costs on the shipment to your location address. The RMA must be issued within this 7 day period, and the item must be received in our selected distribution center within 14 days of the original purchase in order to qualify for a return. Return items must be unopened in its original resalable condition. Once opened the product is considered used and not resalable thus no refund is available! NO EXCEPTIONS! Before opening the package make 100% sure you ordered the proper item!

A 15% restock fee will apply on all stocked return requests made within the first 7 days. After the 7th day and up until the 25th day you will incur a 15% - 50% restock fee on stocked items only, after the 25th day we are unable to provide any refund. Some non-stock items may be returned to our source of supply, varying restocking fee’s will apply and not all non-stocked items are returnable, typical restock fee's range from 25-75% with no refund of any original shipping costs. NO REFUNDS on any oversized Parcel, Hazmat or LTL Freight shipments! Proper return goods memos are required for any and all returns, DO NOT RETURN without a company supplied return goods authorization.

Since many of our products are offered with free shipping, our actual outbound shipping or freight costs will also be deducted from your return refund. You will also be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where restock fees and round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We reserve all rights to decide what item we will allow to be returned!

Please note: Made to order large quantities and custom made items are not returnable.

All returns must include the following:

  • Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
  • Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
  • The return must be complete and include all parts and accessories
  • Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates or any other reason) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
  • Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To receive your RMA please contact our customer support department and be sure to have your order # handy.

Parcel or Freight Damage :

Damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received for shipping or freight damage while the delivery driver is present. Failure to inspect the item will result in loss of protection so make the driver wait while you inspect. If you find that merchandise has been damaged, simply refuse the shipment. If you accept a package with slight external damage you must notate with the driver upon acceptance so that in the event there is any internal damage the carrier is at fault. If you accept any package you are agreeing that the item was not only delivered but delivered in good condition. Once signed the item is yours along with all the responsibility!

If you cannot check the item at the time of delivery, or if the trucking company will not give you the time to check, MARK THE PACKAGE DAMAGED, and keep all packaging along with the box for review later. If the item happens to have concealed damage, we may then be able to process a return claim. Your are 100% responsible for broken or damaged goods upon failure to provide written notice of damage to the carrier or parcel company upon delivery. A delivery and/or delivery signature is acceptance of the goods. DO NOT ACCEPT KNOWN DAMAGED GOODS! DO NOT ACCEPT OR SIGN FOR DELIVERY. IF THE CARRIER DROPS OFF WITHOUT SIGNATURE CALL THE CARRIER WHICH DELIVERED AND NOTIFY OF THE DAMAGE AND GET A COPY IN WRITING.

If UPS/FedEx leave the package at the door and you are not available to inspect it for freight damage, you need to call your FedEx/UPS office immediately or within 24 hours of delivery and file an immediate freight claim to report damage in addition to calling us as to the situation. Failure to do this will result in no refunds.

DOA / Defective Items :

If your item arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA) or is defective upon receipt, please contact Customer Service immediately for an RMA #. DOA/Defective items can be returned for exchange only. If you do not want a replacement unit sent out, than the standard return policy and restocking fee will be applicable to the order.

Pricing and Other Errors

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may increase or decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it. Images shown DO NOT reflect your purchased item, the description and part number is the item being purchased. NOT ALL IMAGES, COLOR OR SIZE IMAGES ARE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING!

Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, the National Supply Network website price will necessarily change on occasion.


Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mis-priced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will attempt to contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Recent governmental changes have made pricing very unstable especially with any steel or imported products. We are seeing manufactures increase pricing in relation to tariffs as current inventory levels are depleted. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. A customer service agent will call if the product you have chosen have increased and will be given the option to proceed with newly revised prices of cancellation.

Credit Card Charge Backs:

If the error resides from the customer choices as in ordering the wrong item, part number, size, color or not fully reading the purchased goods. You are ordering the part number and description provided in your cart and checkout pages! THE PHOTO IS NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ACTUAL PRODUCT!

We are not responsible for making your online product choices, you must review the items and part numbers selected during each step as the responsible party. Choosing to purchase goods on the National Supply Network, LLC invokes an agreement that the customer alone has decided what was purchased during the checkout and will not make false claims after making purchase. Disgruntled customers which do not take ownership of the sole decision maker during the purchase process often will abuse credit card agencies with false statements of responsibility and invoke charge backs. Be advised per these written terms any charge back become an unpaid invoice which is due and payable immediately to include any and all charge back fee's, collection service fee's and lawyers fee's. These resulting fee's were self inflicted by the customers choices. Be advised fraudulent claims to credit card agencies are "FRAUD" and will be pursued. We invoke the right to bill directly for any unpaid delivered order regardless of disputes and add any additional incurred resulting in charge backs, collections, lawyers or any other costs. This billing will be sent via email and billing address provided during checkout. WARNING: These fee's may be many times the original amount of the disputed items.
