Water based penetrating sealer protects natural stone surfaces from staining. Use on countertops, floors, walls, vanities, and grout. Ideal for sealing all types of masonry, stucco, concrete, and sanded grout. Special blend of polymers bond to the stone and creates a water and oil repellent membrane to prevent staining. Allows the stone to breathe and release moisture vapors. Safe for interior and exterior use. Will not alter the color of stone, tile, and grout. UL listed.
